Very comfortable home-like-stay with great access to slopes and the village. Very clean and cozy. Great kitchen in case if you want to save money and cook dinner at home. Heated bathrooms floors.

Have stayed at Cahilty a number of times. Generally good experience each time. Location is great both for village and ski in ski out. Older property but kept up well. Only complaint is the walls are thin. Carl at Lodging Company is great. He has helped us many times with bookings at numerous properties at both Sun Peaks and Silver Star. Very professional and easy to work with! Highly recommend Carl and TLC.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Location is great. The tables in the restaurant were a little closet each other.

Stayed for two weeks and enjoyed it overall. Access to the slopes was great.
Hotel amenities were good with a few small niggles - i.e. first week was in a room next to housekeeping - noisy until quite late at night with washing machines going and trolleys squeaking along the corridor. As usual in Canada the lighting in the rooms was poor but this is the same in all accommodation. The in house restaurant was good for lunch or dinner and played great music (must be our demographic!). TV system was good.

I really enjoyed my stay here for just over 2 weeks. Pablo, Lodging Company, managed to get me in during a very busy period, and was very helpful. The hot-tubs were great. A PC was provided in the lobby and well used. The staff were very friendly and extra helpful - even to the extent of reducing the room moves I had to make. 15% discounts at the attached restaurant, and ski hire. The kids breakfast was just the right size - not too big or small. An extra bonus was all the Nancy Green historical displays - photos, Olympic, World Cup and other medals, world cup trophy, ancient skis - someting on every floor to read and enjoy. It is a pet friendly hotel, so saw many dogs in the lobby. Free family movie and popcorn on Saturday evenings. The 3 room types I stayed in were very well equipped for self catering, and views to either the hill or the village square. Very handy to a well-stocked supermarket, and lots of other shops. An excellent place to stay!

Overall, we had a great time at Sun Peaks.

The Cahilty is in a fantastic location and was very convenient.

Small changes would improve the overall comfort.

Eg water pressure of showers, better lighting in the rooms and better quality linen.

We asked for a normal queen bed, got a Murphy. We had little to no hot water and lousy water pressure for 10 days. Our complaints went nowhere. Only one elevator working. Frustrating. When you pay a lot, you expect a lot.
