People who work there seemed very helpful and hot tub and common area were great too. We did stay in 310 which would seem only 3 floors up but it’s definitely more than 3 floors and hard with altitude adjustment and walk from lifts etc - got big discount for third floor walk up so it was worth it for the discounted price! Not sure I’d go up again but liked Kutuk in general and condo 310 unit itself was great. Very clean and new carpet etc. Beds were new and comfortable.
