Pablo made the booking easy and was very helpful. We arrived at our check in time and the house was not ready. We had to wait for a call to alert us the house was ready, which never came as they forgot about us. The house is well laid out and spacious. Hot tub was great and well maintained. The beds are awful. Springs in the back, and no one slept well. There were only 5 forks in the house (I went and got more ) only enough dish soap for 1 wash etc... not a great supply of kitchen items. We didn't receive the "every second day" garbage and recycling removal nor clean towels for the house. They came once during our stay of 7 days. I called 5 times to request for the promised service but no one showed up. The issue was the garbage cans in kitchen are tiny and filled up in one day and there was no garbage bins available to put trash in so we had to store it on the deck and fight the birds. The home has good access to the Silver Queen and the Shuttle is great for quick runs into village. We enjoyed the location.

A great place for a big family ski holiday. We loved the home, the free shuttle to the village, the closeness to snowshoe, x-country and Snow Queen ski lift. Great hot tub too. It was just about perfect for the nine of us (seven adults, 2 kids). The only complaints were that the beds (esp bunk beds) mattresses were pretty uncomfortable. We also thought it was too bad that the great kitchen had no spices, sugar, teas etc in the cupboards. Would have been nice to have a basic selection of these things. Better bring everything you need! Lastly, there was only a puny snow shovel and after a huge snowfall, we were socked in. Fortunately, the resort people came to dig out our cars - super appreciated!
