Regiena Brauer at The Lodging Company was very prompt to answer all my questions and requests during the initial booking process and provided me with exactly what I was looking for. The Creekside Condos at Silver Star were great! Would certainly book through Regiena again!

Great location and reception staff at Vance Creek were very good at looking after us and providing transport to condo as we had no vehicle. They were also very responsive both with action and information when we needed something.
Furnishing of condo perhaps could be updated but everything you could need was there with plenty of kitchen utensils and washing up stuff provided.
In terms of arranging our accommodation, I found The Lodging Company very easy to deal with despite the time difference. Queries were answered quickly and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend to others.

We had a great time with good access to slopes and village.
Only complaints would be-
Broken blind on main window
No service even though the room notice says every 2 days
Broken latch on ski locker
We reported al these points but nothing was done about them

Great location. Check-in staff, Sally and James, were excellent and made our arrival so easy!

Love the location and service via Vance Creek Hotel was excellent
