The Grand Summit Lodge is all about location, location, location.

Located right in the heart of the Canyons Village, this property has quite literally the best ski in/ski out access in Park City. My 1 Bedroom Suite faced the Frostwood Gondola (didn't hear it at all) and had a fabulous view down slope. The Grand Summit has everything you'd want in a luxury ski resort: multiple hot tubs, an outdoor heated pool opened year round & The Farm, which is a fantastic restaurant. I would stay here again!!!

We stayed at the Grand Summit Hotel this past winter and I can truly say that I can't wait to return. The Grand Summit has a location second to none right at the base of the mountain. There are shops, restaurants and of course lifts right outside your doorstep. I stayed in a 1 bedroom condominium that was gorgeous and so spacious. The pool was spectacular and even had a waterfall as well, there were multiple hot tubs surrounding the pool. For traveling families, this is the spot to be.

This property is newly updated as of fall 2017, and it shows. The rooms themselves are beautifully updated, the beds are insanely comfortable, and even the studios boast enough space to justify a longer stay with full kitchens and small separate seating areas.

To access the slopes, you walk out the front doors, up a little pathway and a set of small stairs, and about a 1 minute walk right to Red Pine Gondola and the Cabriolet. For intermediate skiers, another option is to head out the back and hop on the Orange Bubble Express.

It's very easy to start your day out in the Canyons Village, and ski your way through Park City and end up in the Historic District. We spent an afternoon doing just that, and would have been happy to ski all the way back to Canyons at the end of the day if we hadn't been so exhausted. The free transit system in Park City also makes it very easy to make your way from Canyons to the Main Village.

There are several restaurants and cafes right in the Grand Summit that make a sit down or an on-the-go breakfast very easy. Easy access to golfing in the summer is another benefit, as well as the outdoor pool, hot-tub, and indoor spa and steam rooms, making this property great for families.

Another bonus point of this property is that the ski school meets right in front of the Red Pine Gondola.
