Overall great experience. Location is ideal and access was pretty easy. The only real issue is that the parking was not intuitive to find, and you have to get the updated keycode from the front desk. The way that it works best is to drive up to the front lobby area and get your stuff out and into your room, then get the code and find the parking lot later. This wasn't specifically recommended, but I figured it out.
Considering that was the only bump in the road for 4 days I'd say we are doing pretty good.

We had such a great visit to Big Sky. Hannah did a fantastic job of finding us a place and making sure we had all contacts/info. for equipment, lift tickets, etc. Her communication was always timely. Shoshone, as you are aware, is in need of a facelift, but we still enjoyed it. Owners of our condo keep their place neat and clean. The murphy bed could use a supportive memory foam mattress. Sad, we expect due to Covid, some restaurants (Italian and pizza) were closed. We appreciated the staff on the slopes working to keep the resort safe. General outdoor space coming off slopes could be improved. Comparing it to Colorado resorts - I expected outdoor fire features and adirondack chairs instead of so many picnic tables.
