The unit was outstanding and the amenities within it were very nice. Our only surprise and disappointment was not having access to any public or private transportation upon our arrival. We understood that we would have access to public transportation and would also be able to secure private transportation to avoid having to rent a vehicle. We were very isolated and had to hire transportation back to the airport in order to rent a car for transportation. We did not have access to the Natural Retreats concierge service without paying an additional $1,400 ($40/day (5)/occupant (7)). The Lodging Company was made aware of this issue and has worked diligently to compensate us for the inconvenience and additional costs incurred.
