The condos are all individually owned and decorated so there are differences in style and decoration from one room to the next, but you do have the option to view photos of the condo you're booking beforehand. The decor ranges in quality from 3.5 stars to 5 stars and the condos are priced accordingly.
This property is close to the slopes, downtown and the transportation center so it's very easy to get around no matter where it is that you're going. Fasching Haus is no more than a 5 minute walk from everything. As with most places in Aspen, there is no elevator here so if you have issues with mobility, be sure to request a ground floor condo.
I had the pleasure of spending some time in the outdoor heated pool and hot tub during my last stay. It was in April and a bit colder outside than I would have preferred but the pool was definitely warm enough to swim in and the hot tub was a blessing after a challenging day on the mountain.
I would definitely stay at this property again and I encourage anyone looking to obtain unit photos in advance so that you can choose a condo that suits your style.
